Who said it would be plain? And I use a drive though maybe once every 2 weeks. Who are these fat 240sx owners that would rather go to McDonalds without getting out the car then to drive a nice whip, fully hooked up?

i just dont see the point in having a JDM silvia...get a 240SX, drop in a SR20DET and the only major difference is which side the driver sits on. if there are any other advantages the Silvia has over the 240SX please enlighten me.

 

That is where the word OPINION comes in, Ones OPINION will always be taken into account for most people, Now if that person receiving that OPINION is weak and folds to the OPINION of others then you OPINION counts. I wouldn't do it not because of rhd, that isn't a big deal. I would do because I could load up a car with parts I wanted from japan and then just pay to ship the car. But I'm not doing to so it doesn't really matter.

 

woahh...i wasnt talking about you or your car, *** if i had your car i would bring it back for sure. i was just saying i dont see the point of having a stock Silvia imported here.

 

Oh yeah a stock Silvia is not worth a damn really, I would like to bring a 240 here to my shop and hook it up with all the body work I did to S14, and I could go as far as a brake box system which removes the brake booster from the engine bay.

hmm... now there's an idea... What are the importing laws in Japan like? Is it anywhere near as complicated as importing cars to the US?

 

I'm not 100% positive, but i think that the JDM Silvia's don't have rear corner lights
