Unhappy a little crack on the bumper...

so, I was trying to park my car and of all places to have an accident it's gotta be my house... on the right side of the house is a little grassy area with a manhole cover that sticks out. so out of the 50 times I've been parking there this is the day my car goes over the cover and when I pulled out it snagged... I sat in the driveway for about an hour and a half smoking non-stop... thinking.. how the #$%! did this happen, I just bought this car... so anyway, I need to push it back in and touch it up for now... (aray ko!) means ouch in tagalog (filipino)... any ideas on how to fix my bumper would be appreciated!
