Its realy dirty. Not to much progress really on it. Only thing done to it is the sleepy/lazy eye "conversion". But i plan on boosting the ka not tryin to make a ton of power just around 250-300rwhp to make a fun wknd car & drifter.

problems list: (that i know of)
-driver side window doesnt work
-passenger side window only works from passenger side
-sunroof doesnt open all the way
-weather stripping on front windshield leaks
-no radio (not really a problem, but, ya know)
-front seats are crappy, driverseat has small tear
-burns oil
-believed to have ps leak (not sure)
-bad vibrating at around 3-3500rpm's
-carpet & floormats dirty as crap

neway i read on ka-t.org that u could make 300-350rwhp on a stock motor w/:

turbo manifold
bov
small fmi (potentially get away w/ a smi)
turbo T25/T28/14B, etc smaller T2 setups
downpipe 2.5-3in
3in exhaust
sr 370cc injectors
apexi safc2
back off base timing at distributor or msd btm

do u guys think its possible? cuz that was my original goal (300-350). i just figured i should shoot for something a lil lower than 300-350. but i'll probably get all of the stuff listed above neway.

 

Somebody lied to you. Maybe touch on the 300 range with the t28, but thats with ultra tuning and maybe cams. Those are way past the t2 flanged oem turbos efficiency, unless KAs are magically able to make that t25 that much more badass.

 

ok. im was just wondering. also does nebody have ne typical numbers from a t25 setup w/ stock internals on a ka? what could i expect for a stock ka w/ a t25 setup? i'll do a lil searching myself. never really searched for that answer. and since we got started on my setup i figured i'd ask.

I say nothing over 250whp maxing out that t25 at 1 bar.

14.7 psi = 1 bar, unit of pressure.

haha. nice grab. uhhh a t25 on stock boost on a stock KA with full exhaust and front mount will usually net around 200-210 on an average tune.

Just so i can be the first, before you get a turbo you have to get coilovers to be cool on this forum
