my babe darlene (89 Acura Legend)

yo so today my pops decided to hand down his prized 89 Acura Legend with no after market support worth mentioning but I'd truly like to turn her into the beauty that she can be. She needs a little TLC and at around 70mph she starts to shake a little nothing to bad.. but the shaking increased on the way up to 80 didn't take her faster then that. under the hood that is. so I've been thinking about different options i have with her, one option would be to keep the motor and custom the hell out of it, but with a high schooler budget one off parts aren't looking like the best. but since I'm very into 240s and still hoping to get one, i was thinking about a SR20 swap. I'd like to know if its possible. and how costly would it be. i know I'd have to basically replace the drivetrain but i want to keep this car . any help, suggestions, advice is greatly appreciated.

here's Darlene... her previous owner before my pops was named Darlene, seems to fit.

I would swap in a RDX K23turbo engine and tranny leave it front wheel drive.

Hell I would just save my money and drive it until it dies, but if you do wanna make it faster, K series motors are awesome, but expensive.

WHY?
Buy a 240 for 1000 dollars and fix it up, it will probably need the same tlc.

instead of getting an SR20 you could get a 240sx which is already RWD, unless you want a SR20 ff motor. I would imagine that the SR wouldn't be the best engine for the car since it revs high to make power and doesn't have great low end torque and a legend is about a 3400 lb car.

You could just give your money to me instead of being dumb and putting money into this car.
