It's definitely Kazama aero. Alteus, check out raretrick.com, they will be able to get that aero for you, I know they have it listed on the site (at least it was last time I browsed it).

Sorry, don't know about the hood. Raretrick may have it on their site, even if its not, email them, they probably know what it is and can probably get it.
