yea its pretty simple...got them from osh...depending on where you mount them you will get a more solid mount...put them on with rivets and then just slide a tiewrap through the hole and cut...thats it...i kno its kinda pointless to put a tiewrap on it...lol...but its gonna hold your bumper from ripping off if you hit a bump or something.
