my POS coop "build"

so i figured you all needed something to keep yourselves entertained with, so i snapped some pics of my current project, if it can even be called that. some of you may have heard that i wrecked my s14 (hate on me, ) but the engine was still good, minus the valve cover, and that autotragic tranny. so i scrapped up some money, bought a 2 tone coop, and thats where the story begins.

the damaged goods.

i pulled the engine, lost that autotragic, cleaned up the engine (somewhat), and removed the intake mani, which i painted black (eww, i know... )

i ordered a new valve cover off of zilvia, and cleaned and painted that piggy with hi temp engine paint. the color is die cast aluminum or something like that.

but to get that damned engine in the bay, i need an engine backing plate, which im picking up monday or tuesday, along with a radiator. once i get the backing plate, i can slap the flywheel and clutch kit i bought, the new 5 speed tranny, and drop that piggy in. oh, i also am in the process of redoing the wiring harness, going to tuck it as much as possible. i am also waiting on my intake kit, which i am going to hack off and make into a short ram.

and because you are all pic hoes, here are some random pics of stuff in my garage.

should be running by then, im just waiting on parts...

EDIT;

i just ordered an aluminum radiator, for 200 bucks, and a tranny xmember with mount. and i am picking up an engine backing plate either tonight or tomorrow night. that means tuesday, with the backing plate i can actually make some decent progress. maybe even get it in the car. that would be amazing. wire it up wednesday, and then its just waiting for that xmember and radiator. peace out.
