Biggamehit's My recent upgrades
well since this car is deep stored, here is the cliff notes on my 240.
-got it back in 04 before the drift tax... payed 1000 cash.
-had 4 motors inside of 2 years lol
-whacked it on a few walls drifting
-was a rust bucket
-had three different turbo's/setup's inside of 7 months or so until i got the HIC Holset i wanted.
now pictures from before to present day. All of the work was done by myself.

everyone was a ricer at one point and time.. not to the extreme though.
cut springs with wing i took from an LS integra lol
my first KA-T
800 dollar ssac turbo with other misc parts..... not much, however i learned a lot about turbo systems........... it was a cluster for sure lol.

Just pick this up today, new Fmic with piping. ill show pictures once installed

Well I installed my FMIC today, looks ok. excuse the crappy looking bumper i have new bumper and fenders coming next week. I have to adjust it a bit 2mar, install took about 2 hours with a few soda's here and there.
the black piping scheme had to be altered, it was a universal kit and the piping didn't come with air idler nozzle. so i had to actually used my old warm air intake. it fit's just like it was meant to be there. I have a ton of piping left over, only used 2 1/2 bends

sadly,, didn't know the offset of these wheels........ i learned my lesson. they are for FF cars.

got wheels in today, fenders next
taken after i lowered the car and adjusted camber in the front I properly adjusted the camber after these pics. Came with these sittings from japan.
Blew tired Z31 T3 turbo during trip to Philly
all came with-in the last two days ( except turbo)
3" 120 deg mandrel bend ( gotta make my dump tube)
3" V-Band
Log manifold
cleaned up engine bay

Got another 97 KA and a host of other parts for 250 bucks!! today Current KA going to the machine shop
well I have only slept about a good 15 hours this week... i installed my newest motor with 70k miles on it Monday night/Tuesdays morning........ then i gathered more parts and on last night went to my buddies house where my new manifold was being Tig welded. we chopped and cut into the night and the final product was done at about 6am today ( june 7th) turbo sounds good and the new 3 inch down pipe emits and powerful low roar.
Pardon the dust, scrapes and new dirt... it will all be back in order after Pinks All Out
Well my day started when i got off work at 1pm... went to the junk yard to look for body parts but then realized i forgot my new/old body parts in Baltimore.. so i picked them up sanded and primered them at about 12pm Eastern Standard time. these parts come from an 180sx front clip paid 120 for it all,,, its the closest ill ever get to jdm front conversion lol enjoy

after simple green and razor blade

Rust, it separated from the frame rail. so i added extra steel, bolts and welding and reset it.

Was going to rebuild this engine with an AMS kit but got orders to japan so progress is halted.
weakest part of the stock KA ringland and bearings
K im 6-5 weeks out from coming back to the states small list that i had before i left that ill wrap up.. before i store my baby away

-480cc injectors
-15mm H&R hub centric wheel spacers with 60mm studs
-drift steering wheel
-3in Mandrel bends and straights
-Basic paint job
well been back from Iraq for about a week.. time to get back to work

Hawk Performance pads and rear brembo rotors
Megan Racing End-links, tension rods and energy sway bar bushing kit
New longer oil line ( runs behind motor now)
Wrapped downpipe and installed tail 38mm wastegate ( man that thing screams into the atmosphere )

thanks bros. i was in the junkyard today. and man there was this sexy black pignose. but i could not grab it man was low on cash. the bumper that my bro has is an 92 bumper, not a big fan of it, but ill see how i like it with my fmic. im getting the headlight assembly,fenders and bumper for 130 bucks, cant beat that.
