NaVan Spoiler = Does it fit/cover the OEM spoiler holes?

I just bought a stock OEM spoiler from a wrecked s14 and I was wondering if I installed it on my car, which didn't have holes on the first place, and i Decided to buy a NaVan spoiler in the future, would it fit the holes I would leave behind after installing the OEM spoiler?

I think it will, but that doesn't mean that you might have to drill new holes in the trunk to fit the Navan on. Look at this pic from PDM:

The bases of the center part look like they'll cover the OEM holes no problem.

Oh, and I'm sorry for sleeping.

I think that the middle section will at least cover if not fit in the OEM holes.

Do the side pieces need to be screwed on or are they attached with adhesive tape?

Ive seen pictures of the gaskets for the side of the wings, i think they'll need to be drilled to fit as well.
