Off set rims

Off set rims
Question.
Has anybody done off set rims? Looking at my car, before a drop, and I know I can go 19's but most likely 18s in the back, but do a slight of set up front like 19 rear 18 front... most likely 18 rear 17 front.
Just wondering has anyone does this... does it look alright, I know theres a nsx that has 19r 18f and it look great
