I've seen the foam spoiler or whatever they call it, but this is the wing thats on my car, I was just wondering if this came stock also?

i almost bought a car with the same spoiler.

I think its just coicidence...a lot of people have the same wheels as me(well not a lot, but I have seen two other cars with the wheels in a 5 mile radius of my house). BUT I am sure they are not the stock wheels. Probably just at the time that was the hot wing on the market and a lot of guys put it on....in 5 years people will be wondering if "blitz" body kits came stock on eclipses, and if supra wheels were stock on hachi's....
