I have many plans for this car. I bought it with a blown tranny and I plan on swaping the engine with an s13 redtop sr20det. I am currently saving up for a clip so I can do RHD and hopefully it should come with most parts to do the manual swap. The interior of the car is totally stripped except for the dash. Does anybody know how to take it off? I am applying 10sq. ft of dynamat right now because I am an audio freak and I hate that rattleing sound. There is also a huge leak somewhere coming from the hatch or sunroof. Everytime it rains theres a puddle of water in the interior. This leak caused a lot of rust holes but I already bondoed that up. I will post more pics of my progress tonight or something.

Looks pretty decent, clean buy. There are like 8 screws or so holding the dash in, if you have the FSM it tells you where they are located. As for the leak, some silicone will solve htat

thanks hyjynx. I found the screws hiddin in the top vents and under the dash but the automatic shifter is in the way so I cant remove it. O well, I will remove the dash when I perform the manual swap. Heres a few pics of the rust holes in the Trunk before I fixed it. I already fixed it with bondo and repainted it too. I will have pics of that soon.

I believe the leak was coming from the hinges for the hatch since they are rusted badly I sliconed between hinges and got rid of the rust and repainted it. Heres a pic of the hinges before I did it.

I will post more pics of these areas that were fixed soon. These were only the before shots. hehe

heres some more pics of my progress. Heres a pic of my car stripped except for the dash and the door panels. As you can see the trunk is already bondoed up. I have actually repainted it but I cant find a pic of it painted.

I am currently laying the whole car with Dynamat. Its going to be sweet and rattle free. Post more pics of my progress soon.
