pop up head lamps ???????????

pop up head lamps ???????????
I have seen around that cars with pop up head lamps make it where the head lamps dont pop up all the way to give it a kind of squinty eye look i was wonder how to do this if you have to buy a kit or just stall the head lamp in a certain place.

it's easy it the gree wire when yu pull out the light button
i wired mine into another headlight switch so i have 2 headlight switches and just click the secnd to stop at my desired height
i gave a lesson at the belmont www.importfanatix.com meet
works like a charm
you can spin the **** next to your headlights also
