possibly getting a 240 this weekend

so yea, i might be picking up a zenki (95) this sunday. its black, and looks to be in pretty good shape. it is an SE, with 5 lug and lsd, which im happy about. the only bad thing about it is that its an auto, so a swap is gonna be one of my first priorities. it has quite the miles, 200k+ but i dont really care about this, but my favorite 2 things aobut it is that im getting it for 2500, and that it is actually near me.

well, im not sure.. sr would be pimp... simply because it's an sr. but so would ka-t. another thing that would be sexy, and is my favorite engine of them all, is the CA. a CA s14 isnt very common, tho and i bet wiring that would be kinda tough.

thats what im thinking, just build it slowly, and eventually turbo, instead of saving 2000 dollars and having to drive a stock until then. i do have a question tho, have you seen any clear zenki headlamp covers other than final konnexion? because those are mad expensive, and i dont feel like paying 500 dollars for em. ill probably end up sanding the stock ones.

you've hinted at it on HIDplanet, but im not going to reveal it. i was thinking about white backgrounds with retrofitted projectors, and they would look like sex on a black zenki.

wow thats an awesome price for an S14. I think you should def go for it and just swap in a new KA (with Turbo) or if you got cake, RB. But even if you dont, its still a righteous deal. G/L with that champ

nice man i hope your deal goes through

i also have a 95 black s14 SE but stick and no lsd with 96,000miles for $2600
had some problems though cracked gas tank, rack was leaking, paint isnt so great but no rust.

but new junk yard gastank $75
new reman. rack $395...
lsd $200
and a little bit of elbow grease and i had myself a decent stock s14 rdy for modding.

just go to the junk yard find your self a manual tranny and abs driveshaft and go buy a new clutch kit and flywheel(or maybe take the one from the junked s14 if it isnt too badly burned)
