Alright I know most ya guy's are starting a new project-working on one.
So I thought I show you a complete project.

I'm the 2nd owner of this 240,I bought it in 1993.Have papers to prove that [old line] lol
Here's what has been done,that I can remember

NEW SPOILER
NEW rubber on sunroof
NEW struts
NEW PAINT
NEW CARPET
NEW TRANNY
TWO NEW RIMS
custom stereo and so much more.

She's clean ,stock and orignal

sorry OEM parts only.nExt guy can spiff it up.I like orignal.I'm ole' school,so I'm not into racing this car,just preserving the tradition

Very clean, not a huge fan of stereo's that big for weight reason's and the fact that I have enough hearing loss as it is lol. Super clean though, very nice.

I eventually want to find a spoiler that looks stock, but isn't foam, so that I can fix my hatch rust and not worry about it returning!

Yea that spoiler is a heavy item,.........but the new one got several coats of primer and paint.As long as the paint doesn't crack and the rubber gromets hold, it should not hold water.

And with 16years working in a bodyshop,my rust won't come back.

the extra weight in the back helps this daily driver through snow,but I know what you mean about going deaf,lol

i like it.

however i have to agree about the huge box in the trunk. i too had one and got ride of it because of the ringing in my ears at night.

i like it. looks good. did you get a good deal on the new carpet? if so, where? how about the dash, did you have a crack dash as well?
