Project HALLE part2

after months of having the car inoperable...she is now back on the road. it's been running good lately (i just need to fix the a/c) and i've been able to save some money from the ever rising gas prices.
i painted one of the fenders with a rattle can. got the paint code and took it to a paint store and had them mix it for me. $14 something a can ain't cheap, so i might have to paint the hood black (no matter how much i don't want to). i want a solid color, but yeah..... it looks good in pics but it doesn't quite shine in person. i might need more clear coat and more paint to get that glossy look.

the best thing to do with orange peel is to progressively wetsand with different grits then clearcoat. matching panels are alot better
