Just accquired a complete set for the frontend conversion. Some of the tabs on the headlights are missing or broken. How hard will it be to modify or macguyver the missing or broken parts in order to complete this conversion? Has anyone encountered any problems completing their conversion? Need advice on this!

 

well my problem was the right fender was damaged, but i managed to fit it on...but my headlights were good to go, thats the kinda stuff you gotta watch for, you could apoxy it back on or always super glue! lol

 

The superglue king bears his ugly face again.

What the hell is a H10 bulb???!!???



I dont think it will be hard to fix your fender.
Take it to a body shop.

hey RUTH'LESSDET i got a silvia front grille but it looks old and kinda of colored, is thier anyway i can like pop open the grill and clean the inside of it? cause yours looks clean! also what kind of FMIC do you have? I basically have the same setup as you, 2 projectors and all

 

Ive brought these things to like 5 stores and the people look at me like im crazy they have never seen bulbs like this one b4...If you have a pic of yours please enlightment me. The other day I was so tired of thinking about those damn bulbs I got custom HID's now. Still send pics if you have them I would like to see.

Its says "US H10" on one side and "12V 55W" on the other side

 

I dont know about opening it because most of the one ive seen have been a bit discolored...might be sun burnt. But if you need to open it you better crazy glue the hell out of it when your finished.

I have an HKS FMIC, no bumper support, I should have just cut the support but its been cold lately.

they aren't EXACTLY the same, but while i was in japan this was the closest i could find. only difference in the h3c and the bulb that came stock for low beam is the globe on it is somewhat shorter. h3's produce good light tho, that is why they are the high beams in the silvia prokectors. here's pics of what i have.
