S13 Conversion

Hey guys whats up, new to the forum...

I just recently bought a 91 240sx and i'm looking to do a JDM style Silvia S13 front end conversion.

if anyone has any information on where i can get a kit for this from that youve had experience with if possible.

I'd also perfer if the kit came with JDM style aero silvia bumper because i plan to do an SR20DET swap with a front mounted intercooler (duh)

You could always try Ebay as well. Search around the net, they are all over the place.

Yeah i did a search but i wanted to see if anyone have some actual hands on experience to rate the quality of these parts as i don't want some cheap knock off parts, all those places are reputable sites?

All the places can get you OEM JDM parts that will have the best fitment. They can also get you quality aftermarket parts if thats what your looking for.

The ones they sell are used, the parts will not be perfect. If you want new, the price will be significantly higher. You should be able to call them up and see what they say about ordering new body parts.

well this is somewhat of a project car as i do have a 05 mustang gt that is running perfectly fine.. and fast :P lol

so i'd be fixing up the body all together, i mean they won't have unrepairable damage, right? I'll be getting it all repainted so would it all be good?

I doubt they would sell the body parts if the damage was very bad. Sure they will have minor scrathes and dings, they are off of an old car. It shouldn't be anything that won't be repairable when you go to paint the car due to the new front end.

check local forums (drifting forums in particular) i have seen conversions go for $400. if you buy local you don't get ripped a new one with shipping either.
