I actualy have the s15 front end also bought most of my parts from raceon usa.Hipo slek bumber fit with no triming even for the intercooler.the s13.5 fenders are B road 20mm wider fit but need lots of reinforcement to the mounting points.
You could have done with out the s15 core support less work just cut whole for the lights to fit,use s13 silvia brackets drill a new holes,Seibon carbon fiber hood great fit oem style.s15 hood brackets uses one whole but will have that raised look to the hood ,you can always run spacers on the bolts to the upper fender to fill in any gaps, prep is what will make or break this conversion.Not the parts I have seen the actual high end parts fit even worse and require the same prep to make it fit,Remember its a conversion.
