shifter problem?

shifter problem?

well when i drive sometimes the shifter shakes like crazie am not sure why.... anyone know the prblem? or can gimmie any ideas

Happens to all 240sx, trans only has one mount point, thats why.

whew.. =] soo it happens to most 240sers...
-is it a bad thing?
-should i worry?

mine does the same, i wouldnt worry about it that much unless it is giving you major problems.

What do you mean it shakes........do you mean it resonates a lot, because after I installed my short shifter it resonated a lot. I've never had my shifter "shake" b4.

am not sure hwo to explain it it just "shakes" maybe the other guys that told me what the problem was can explain it better...
