This is wat my car looks like in the sleepy eye mode with the headlights on.

This is where i put my switch for the sleepy eye effect. PORTION..theres a few holes under the steering wheel or in front of the pedals...so its pretty easy puttin the switch there!

Well. What does the kit do? that sleepy eye kit? what are its components? I can sure wled and manufacture some if I get my hand on one. I'm gona buy a who lot of random stuff like potentiometers and resistors and try to do one myself. Wish me luck cus if I fo, I'll sell them on Ebay for like 20 bucks or less.

Yesterday I dismanteled and opened my headlights motors and I found exactly what I thought there would be. There's a wheel with some contacts there and thur, but nothing fancy like chips or resistors. There was a relay and that was it. So I can only imagine that the kit would be some kind of witch installed behind the moving arm so that when it moves into a determined spot, it cuts the power leaving them low and then one can bypas this switch inside the car so that they go until sleepy and stop, and with the flick of the switch they go all the way up. I'm doing it as soon as I feel like it, pretty far from now

I'm pretty sure what you are talking about doing, has already been done. If not the same thing, pretty damn close. Click me
