Sold my fastback and got a better condition one! plus sr20 swap

Yeah. I sold my old white fastback due to horrible undercarrage rust which was not worth to fix. I bought a better condition 240 and ripped out the engine last week. I bought my redtop sr20 from Osaka. I know.. Ive heard some horror stories but Ive heard they have better management now. And my friend bought an sr there and said he recommended it. So I took the chance. They gave me a brand new engine harness too!
I took the engine apart and also checked to turbo. Which had no shaft play. I also cleaned the whole engine components and repainted some parts and valve cover. Well heres some pics of my new 240 snd swap progress.

Day of sr20det arrival:

Then added new manifold, turbo outlet, fidanza flywheel, act clutch, repainted, and cleaned engine.

Now I have to clean, fix rust and repaint the engine bay before I drop the sr20det in

thanks everyone. I bought the motorset for 1700. shipping was 250 to my driveway. I'll post my progress of the engine bay. Im thinking of painting the engine bay gloss black. And I plan on having outside of the car professionally painted dark cobalt blue.

Spoolin, out of curiosity what came with your motorset......and what was the condition of everything?

I keep hearing mixed reviews about OSAKA but the prices seem cheap!!

it came with a brand new uncut wiring harness, a cut harness that was on the motor, a turbo with no shaft play, stock turbo manifold, ac compressor, power steering pump, alternator, 5 spd tranny, ECU, throttle body, cam angle sensors, etc... basically came with most of the parts needed. I took apart everything and everything seemed to check out except the flywheel and clutch. The flywheel and clutch was badly worn, and needed to be replaced. osaka is cheap . ive heard mixed reviews too but I took a chance and got lucky.
