Someone slap me for asking this, but...

... I need to know what consists of performing an S15 conversion yourself.

I have a broken 95 se... and I'm poor....so I gotta get my front end piece by piece...

Now... I have questions that have probably been covered 21098740918 times on here . but.. here we go...

-You have to get special fenders for shyt to fit correctly right? Where can I order these and how much do they cost?

-I have to use a JDM S15 hood? Or can I use a hood for a 95 240sx? Why?

-The headlights should just fit where the old ones were if I got my bumper, hood and fenders off right?

-Now, since the fenders, hood and lights would be in, I'm assuming I HAVE to get a front bumper MADE for a S15 in JAPAN? Or would the fenders enable me to use a kit designed for a 95 240sx?

If it's all bolt on, I'm smart enough to do it myself... but live in a place where people think Silvia is my girlfriends name... so I have no one else to ask these questions but you guys. Thanks

You can go to pep boys they have everything you need for this conversion, and it is simple bolt on. It will probably take you about 20min to install it yourself.

...ahh, being noob. I'll save you from any more flaming early - go to www.google.com, and type "s14.5 conversion" in the search field. With enough attention, you should be able to find all your answers.

Or you can type the same thing in the forum search too, but who's asking?

Actually I'm far from a noob. I fell in love with the 240sx as a kid and always wanted one. Never knowing what a silvia was until a few years ago I just thought it was a cool car, you figure out the rest. Anyways... Ive been working lowriders since middle school and could probably do better body work than your local shop. This 240 is my first import... my baby is a 64 Impala SS... and the deeper I get into this project, the more I want to put my baby on Ebay... anyways, I figured a majority of the responses would be ignorant but thats people... much respect to the ones who helped me out...

sorry I was referring to "noob" as in to the forum, since with a little research and the use of the search button you would have found more in fo on the s15 conversion, so don't get offended.

ignorance is the lack of knowledge of the subject... and I'm not ignorant

no no, defense makes it so you won't lose games, your offense determines the win. Thats a good quote, where is it from?

Ok, not to brag or anything, but after playing organized sports from Pee Wee Leagues through College, I've always been told:

"Offense Wins Games. But Defense Wins Championships."

So you're both right...in terms of Phi Jackson, give him a crappy team and lets see how good of a coach he is. I mean the guy has had the League's premiere players ALL his career (first MJ and Pippen, now Shaq, Kobe, the Glove, and the Mailman?!!) Damn, how lucky can you be?!

That's how it goes... forgive me but I usually type my stuff late at night when I'm half-awake.

And I'm not even going to get into a debate about whether Phil Jackson is really good or not LOL All I'm happy about is that my team (I'm not a bandwagoner, but a die hard Laker fan since I was born) is 4-0 going into tonights game... unlike New York
