how the hell would you make something like that? Like with 400 led's like clearcorners, not 4 like cheap *** ebay-tezzas? WOuldnt it still cost a crap load for all the led's, and plus you would still have to buy Type=x's for 500.

Haha, like, i totally said "like" like a million times. I'm very sorry. I am not a 14 year old teenage girl, I promise. I dont know what the hell was wrong with me when i wrote that. but really. If your gonna spend a bunch of money any way to build lights that look similiar to clearcorners, then i would rather just buy theirs. Their ish is sick.

unless you make something out of cheap ****. i will use brians *(motegis) car as an example. he got an ebizzle body kit, and make it look like pure sex. with a little of elbow grease. the sexy paint job helps. but it was fairly cheap, but took a little of work.

good point Cronux. Some times it is worth taking a risk if you know you can make it work.

there is no way, however to replicate the clearcorners kouki lights, for any less amount of money to justify the amount of work needed. it should be, however, relatively easy to replicate the besiege/wise sports kouki LED chrome tail lights.

If i could just find a 2 LED rings.... they have to make them somewhere. I want to cut the turn signals off and wire them into the red part but I think thats a little too much fabrication for me to handle.

well as far as the LED rings go the worst that could happen is im out 20 bucks and 5 hours of my time... the fabrication thing, I could completely **** up and end up with useless tail lights, a screwed up back end of the car, and hours and hours of wasted time and lots of wasted money.

led retrofitting is really easy. check out the led subforum on hidplanet.com. alot of the work people do on there is better than clearcorners. you could also have someone make rectangular or circular boards for you on that site. superflux leds arent terribly expensive, and remember its quality over quantity. 20leds (superflux) per taillight gets the job done very well.... much better than even 100 5mm leds
