yeaaa, i was tempted to just paint it white over the primer after seeing them white...but i decided to stick to gold. and i contemplated keeping the lip polished, but everybody does that.

 

so ive been doing a lot of work on my car but not much to show for it, a lot of engine work blah blah, but today i decied to do something different and paint my steelies. just for shiets and giggles.

the finished interior will ultimately be gloss black

finishing up the exterior next week (getting it to be less than 3 different colors) and fixing most of the dents as well as filling in third brake light, antenna hole and wiper hole.

and tearing apart the engine to clean, paint and reassemble (pics coming soon)

 

looks good, its coming along pretty quickly lately.

 

after working alot, ive been able to save up enough money to get everything lined up for this car. and now i can work less and work on my car more, i cant wait till i work less and drive more haha.

ironically ive spent more time on the interior than any other area so far. (does that make this a show car? LOL) but i have a feeling the wiring will take me about a week.

 

eewww ur a carpet racer lol...naw but are you leaving the interior stripped with just seats or what are the plans?

@ motegineon: yea, stripped with 2 seats, manual seatbelts (that i got off of a stanza) dash and center console, and maybe floormats if i can find a decent pair.

@ 1993Coupe: NA for a while, then maybe considering turbo while keeping the ITBs. but will be NA for a good year or two.

 

i plan on staying na with itbs for a while. my 240 is my DD for now. im just gonna save up for for my rebuilt kit and turbo over time then install it when i have everything i need or else my car will be apart for like 6 months lol.

 

so DE w/ ITBs? what ITBs are you running? i didnt know anybody else had an ITB setup on here.

 

i dont have itbs yet, lol. i plan on getting the itbs from a gsxr. i saw that post on zilvia when the guy just cut the manifold in half and clamped them onto it. im thinking about saving up for that after i get coilovers.
