What type of engine do I have?
Hey guys, I've owned three cars before I bought my 240SX. The point is this is the most fun I've ever had with any of my cars.
QUESTION:
I have a 1992 240SX. What type of engine does it have and are there guides to what cars have what engines and if I can do an engine upgrade or swap? Thanks in advance

you're killing me here. you are the proud owner of a ka24de you can swap it for an sr20det or you can rebuild the ka24de and make a ka24de-t. you can get a chiltons. or you can search this site has plenty of things to help you.

You can also swap in a RB20DET,RB25DET,CA18DET....all are awsome motor's do something special instead of an SR, everyone and there grandmother has one...lol. But yea good luck on your project...
