"11" at top of reply page

"11" at top of reply page
Is it just me or is there an "11" at the top left of the reply page. (It's also on this new thread page I am typing in now.) I have never seen this before in VBulletin; seems odd.

It is a '11' and it apears as the first thing beore <DOCTYPE.....>

Hey PSM, I emailed vB for you and asked them wtf the problem is and they gave me this gay *** "we posted your inquiry on the forum" crap, linking me to it, and basically never answered it. 
I don't know if this helps, but I noticed that the Silvia seems to drop down a line when you hit reply, like when viewing posts the car is at the very top with really no space. The mysterious "11" seems to be like an extra line of some sort. I think if you could somehow delete the line it would go away. But I also have no idea wtf I am talking about so I hope this makes sense to you...
