What about a Mall parking lot? East town closes at like 10:00pm. So there shouldnt be anybody there at about 11-12. But then again I bet a lot of officers patrol that area frequently.

i think on the side of it would be good where its not visible from either side but i im not sure.

Yes I know where the Expo Center is Depending on how visible the parking lot is from the street it may be a good idea. Oh by the way, West Town has a parking garage... I dont know if cops patrol that or if they lock it up but it would be a cool place to learn and practice drifting "Tokyo Drift".... My buddy is getting his car done in somewhere around North Carolina.. He said that he had to buy a trasmission and all of the parts for the coversion.

Sorry I've been off the boards for a while, dag nab internet provider problems.
Well, I've got my 240 back!!! SWEET!!! It was in AL, because that is were I am from and I have a mechanic down there that I've been going to for years and he's really good!

There are a few places I've found to drift, however, you have to know what you are doing as the turns on these roads are pretty sharp and you'll only get a few passes because folks like to call the "MAN" if you're a drift'n on their streets.

Sounds like both of you all live close to where I do. We should meet up some time. I'll be back in Knoxville 11/1. Hit me back on the boards...peace!!!

BTW, there is a shop on Middlebrook Pike that can assist you with all of your drifting needs, "Blindside Imports." It's right behind the Burger King on Middlebrook Pike. They are really friendly and can get your parts and they also offer professional install!!!

My B-day is nov.9 (a thurs)So I should be driving by that following weekend, so its not to long away.
That Ott motorsports has an sr20 white hb there and a tt 350z there both badass.

Glad to hear you got your M C Hine back from the shop aka Machine. Ive heard of blindside before there is also another shop called Racing Inovations that more than likely carries everything needed for drifting. What engines are you both planning on running in your 240's?

Idonno how much she wants ill ask her. Its an auto. But you can go to lamberts junkyard, they have like 3-4 240's you can take the tranny out of. Theyd let you have em dirt cheap.
