any1 know of places that will do a sr swap b/s sonic boom?

 

hmm pretty far from me a good couple of hours from me...ill just do the swap myself and send the wiring in when andif i get the money together to do it

 

sonic boom is crap work...unless you want apc then they have a crap load of that...i would just do the swap yourself...pretty straight forward..and wiring is pretty simple too

 

yea i was thinking of doing that but i used to live in chalmette and have no tools and every1 i know with the right tools lived in chalmette....... so im kinda screwed. so maybe some1 here will be kind enough to help me maybe?

 

yeah i know what you mean. my house was in arabi..i am just starting to getting my tools back but it is hard to work in a garage when you live in a fema trailer...if i had all my stuff back i would help ya but we are in the same boat right now

 

yae it does suck. one of my friends lives in slidell and he told me t his weekend there is a few guys out there with sr20 swaps in their 240s that he knows and hes gonna ask them if they could help me.

 

we all need to get together and have some kind of meet....maybe out at the lake or something....we were out there sunday and they are starting to get a few more cars coming out...

 

yea that souds cool. you have aim or nething? just post up on the thread or something when yall have it. some1 needs to start up a club just for 240s around here. i know there is alot of them showing up more and more around here.

 

we dont have an exclusive 240 club...but around the lake we are known as makem wet customs...started as a joke and it just kinda took..we have about 8 cars that we all ride together...but yeah a 240 club would be bad...i dont have aim i have yahoo..struckinc on yahoo

 

talk to your pards..lets try to get something together the sunday of the 26th..it doesnt have to be 240s but as many as possible can help

 

yea. a friend of mine lives in slidell and him and a bunch of other people get together during the week. he said theres a few 240's with sr20's and a unch of other imports. ill ask him this weekend to see if he wants to do something.

 

Well, to be honest, I just moved out to Ft. Polk guys. Got an RB20DET swap doen wheile I was still in Ga. Right now, I am sitting in Iraq, but when I get back those ideas sound great to me. I truely haven't seen too many 240's out there since I got there, so it'd be cool to ride around in a group of us. Let me know guys.
