About to finish my motor...

I put a redtop sr in my car about 7 months ago now, come to find out that the place JAPANMOTORIMPORT.COM sold me a motor with 2 cracked rings, bad lifters and a blown turbo. (not to mention the bad ignitor chip i paid EXTRA for) They wouldn't return my calls or emails, still wont. BEWARE of them....Now onto my question...

So the motor has been rebuilt, hopefully going back in this week. Arias 86.5mm pistons, Eagle Rods, Cometic 2mm head gasket, new oil pump and all that good stuff. Left the head alone for now due to the fact that i ran out of money lol. I also upgraded the tubo since mine was blown to a Bullseye/Borg Warner S200.

Their turbos seem REAL nice, the guy who is building my motor uses only them on his 6 sec Celica.
That's pretty much it except for the 2 stage boost controller and wideband A/F gauge. My question is what would you consider a safe boost range? I am going to upgrade the injectors later this summer, along with a z32 MAF when I get money to get it tuned, but for now i have stock 370's. I know for sure I am going to keep it safe running 7lbs on the street, which he told me would feel a hell of a lot different that my stock t25 at 7lbs haha. But what would be a safe range to max my boost at? like i said SAFE not what i COULD max to lol. Any input would be appreciated!

the rule of thumb bro is never exceed the abilities of your current fuel setup ,,, that will blow any built or unbuilt motor. just be a lil patient. dont max out your 370's

lol im the same way with the patience sometimes dude you just gotta take a step back and go whoa settle down.If you do it all right the first time you dont have to keep messing with it later on causing more and more down time.
