Anyone with Greddy Intake Manifold...?
Anyone with a Greddy Intake Manifold, I was wondering what specifically needs to be done to the tb cable and the fuel rail to make it work.
Despite searching all over, all I ever find is the generic "some modification to the fuel rail and throttle body cable may be necessary"

I believe you might have to either bend the TB bracket or create a new one. Im pretty sure its nothing to drastic. As for the fuel rail, Im not sure I know must people run the HKS/Sard style fuel rails which bolt rite up.
hows your car doing btw bro?

Thanks for the advice....car is running excellent, but my p/s if f*ed up...
It chatters hard at low speeds and rpms...obviously at higher speeds, you don't need it much. The pump is making some crappy sounds. At first I thought maybe it was a leak, but the level has remained pretty constant for a while....
Maybe the pump is just shot....I dunno. I figure I'm not doing any damage at least....worst case scenario, the pump goes.
Was gonna do power upgrade soon, but instead I might just do the Greddy Intake and then get a PowerFC and get tuned.

I have a greddy "style" mani from ebay. I just bent the stock TB cable bracket at first but I didnt like how it looked. I took a peice of 1" wide aluminum flat plate and drilled a couple holes, bolted it on and bent it to shape, then cut out where the cable and bolts went and it works perfect. As for the fuel rail, mine just bolted up fine, and I had to run some different fuel lines to the filter and return, no biggie. I left the cruise off too
