now see this question has alot of mini questions that go with it like what type of injectors do you have what type of fuel pump what type of ecu programing what type of intercooler, clutch.See you have to have other things before you can say how much can i push.Stock maf, injectors , ecu tuning maby 300.Now if you upgraded the things ive mentioned with proper tuning i know a company on stock bottom end hit 500 something.P2m is the company and they made 526.5 im not sure if thats the most you can make on the bottom end but soo far thats the most ive seen. Heres the link

if its a stock motor minus what you say then i wouldnt go any more the 1 bar. the stock head gasket can not withstand much more then that for long. get your self a metalhead gasket then whatever else you wanna do and then you can go up.

it is not so much a question of how much boost, but rather, how much power. power is a byproduct of airflow. if lbs of air.. not psi of air.

stock headgaskets typically let go at about 350hp at the wheels.

400-450rwhp daily use has been proven to be about max. i have see up to 680rwhp on bottom end, but its not for daily use, obviously.
