SR20DET Spark Plug Gapping

What inches or millimeters should I gap the spark plugs to if I'm running stock boost and stock turbo?

How should we gap according to our mods? like i want to get bigger injectors and a bigger turbo, more psi, do i need to gap more or less? right now im running stock set-up but at 10 psi. do i need to adjust the gap?

Okay cool. also what is a goo spark plug to use? I've heard different reviews about what are the best plugs to use. Im actually using bosch platinum +2 that dont require gapping but i want to switch to a good plug that i can adjust the gap on.

The iridium ones? cause i saw the bkr7e then the bkr7eix. since it's colder how would that affect the way my motor runs? and would it be good for my current set-up? (10 psi, stock turbo, fmic, 3 inch exhaust)

Alright here's the thing, I bought these spark plugs quite some time ago when I was just buying up parts for a intended swap, some of these parts I didn't do my research on and that brings me to ask this question. You guys say that my stock plugs should be gapped to .032 well I've checked them all and these NGK Iridium plugs are gapped to .042. The part number is BKR5EIX-11. I was told that you shouldn't try to re-gap Iridiums so should I try or just drop 'em and get the right plugs?

ok well i wouldnt run a 5 anyways, u should be running atleast 6 but most people run 7, like myself..

also yes i get the 11's too and i regapped mine downward to .029 with no problems whatsoever..also i dont run iridiums, sr's should have there plugs changed atleast yearly anyways..just the plain bkr7es-11 work fine for me..also there only like 2 bucks or something a piece. i just order the box of 10 from advance auto parts that way ur set for your next change and you have 2 spairs just incase
