You need Z32 (300zx) rotors, and yes you can redrill them to 4 lug.

just wondering if i convert to 300zx calipers, do i need to replace the master cylinder with a bigger one? i have a fairly new master cylinder, and i don't want to spend the extra cash if i don't need to. thanks.

I'm pretty sure you can still use the 240sx Master Cylinder but 300zx makes more sense to have because the 300zx set is larger, etc.
