It doesnt look like it was tightened down all the way. To much play = SNAP.
I've had it happen before on a GSX.

sounds like you should ask for the N1 dampers....just say....you dont feel safe with the lower end produces...you wont feel safe unless u have the same suspension and n1 endurance racers...haha....seriously....that coulda been freally dangerous....u risked ur life, just because u trusted their produces....shoot....take advantage of the situation

the mount did not fall off i jus took the picture while takin the thing apart
but the car fell to the point where the spring was being pushed so hard to the mount that the friction kept it there holdin the car up
thing is im guessin apex is gonna tell me i installed it wrong n try to blame it all on me

yea well apex is goin to replace the coil overs no cost
they mention it happened on a s13 before also
when that came up i mention if i could get the n1 pros, long shot but worth a chance, turned down.
they said something like this rarely happens and they have no problems with replacing it. thing is they dont have any in stock so they need to ship from japan, so my car is still on the jacks til then.
they also mention they would find some way to compensate me for this problem jus dont know wut yet, ill let u guys know if its anything special haha

thanks for reading my bs
