Brake Proportioning (z32 front) and rear?
hey guys,
Anyone care to give some feedback about their z32 brake setup. I just got a great deal on some z32 front brakes (not installed) but have stock rear calipers. First off, I hear you have to remove the whole hub and all arms for the rear z32 caliper instal and I just got it aligned PITA, not sure if that would affect alignment but I don't want to mess with it.
Will it be ok with 8 pistons up front and 2 in the rear? Any of you lock the rear up too easily with z32 brakes in the rear?
Basically what's your brake setup and how does it feel?
Thanks

I have Z32 brakes front and rear with a z32 master cylinder which, in my mind is essesaryfor thebrakes to be biased, and function properly. I have had no problems withthis setup and thecar brakes well. The E-brake for the Z32 rear brakes is a little tricky to get to work well though.

its 4 pistons per caliper up front... there is nothing wrong with a brake upgrade.. if you are having issues... .whatever directions you followed may be wrong. with all the parts in front of you, it can be done in a matter of hours.
the only thing you will have to workout is the E-brake cable. many people have came up with their own ways of dealing with it. We should have a thread here on it, ill see.
