breaks not breaking

breaks not breaking

ok i just replaced my front breaks and i had to take the left caliper off but, i rebled them.The problem im having is they wont get hard i have to pump them atleast6-10 times to get them hard i hear a small squishing/whisling noise comming around from the master cylinder, any ideas?

Did you bleed them right?

yea it kinda sounds like you didnt bleed them right. air is in the lines.

well my buddy was bleeding i was in the car it wasnt bad at first but them it got worse as i went ill rebleed them.Man it sucks havin handicap friends :]

make sure u leave the hose in some brake fluid as someone presses the brake that way you dont take air in...make sure pads are broke in properly..

ok guys the breaks got better but this morning they were back to crap again last night they were fine.???????bad master cylinder?

awhile ago i changed my front brake pads and while i was bleeding them the brake cyclinder stoped sending fluid to the front brakes very wierd but got a new one and everything is good.

maybe same thing for you
