camber plate adjustments

I just got my bridgestone npg put on and with suspension technique sway bars. I am getting my alignment done tomorrow and i was wondering if the each marking on the camber plates stood for 1 degree of camber. I'm going to have an agressive street alignment and then i'm going to adjust my camber when i am at the track.

does anyone have any good road race alignment specs handy?

Thanks,
Sid

I just installed a set of Cusco Pillowball Mounts this weekend. The instructions are in Japanese but I set them to zero so....good question.
