I think Sparco makes one as well as Cusco. Just check around the interweb.
www.aspec.com is what comes to mind at the moment.

Be carefull with the idea of using a harness bar. You should not use a race harness without a roll bar or cage. Reason being a harness locks you into place, and in the case of a roll over, the roof will crush you. Witha regular seatbelt, you body can move much more freely to contort away from a caving roof.

be carefull about driving a caged car on the street. The top bars can be very dangerous in an accident without a helmet because you can hit them with your head and get serious injured. If you plan to street the car at all, consider something like a 6 point with low side forwards and no halo/upper forward bars and pad anything you could hit.

As for the roll cage...
I read an article on modfied mag a while back about roll cages. I honestly wanted a roll cage but my 240sx is my daily driver. from what they were claiming it made alot of sense. Since most 6 point roll cages have bars in the front where in case of a front end collision your frontal lobe will smash into the bar (your fore head) They recommended that if your using your 240sx as a daily driver they would recommend using a rear only 4 point roll cage. That way there is not front bar above your head and all the bars are only in the rear. I've been searching for a roll cage just for installing my sparco harnesses correctly but haven't found one for a reasonable price but just my two cents. Anyways hoped that help good luck bro!
