Dippin

on my 89 S13, i seem to be having a rear suspension issue. when ever i go over any obstacle, whether its a bump, hole, or any kind of change in the road other than flat, the passenger side rear end dips and seems to push outwards for some reason. I checked the struts, and they are fine, but i haven't jacked the car up yet to check everything, its been too cold. So I was wondering what would be a good place to start checking on the rear?

Check your arms to make sure the toe is proper and all the bushings that are there. That's where I would check.

it looks that it was my tires. i switched to my stock M & S tires since winter is officially here, and i don't have the problem anymore. My rear tires look like slicks on my custom rims

you have an alignment problem that you should get checked out.

you should also make sure that none of your rear sus arms are broken/damaged/bent
