To answer your question...yes to look good. Brake clearence is dependent on spoke design. Around 25mm would look decent..

And make sure you get longer studs, or youll crash. Enjoy the spoon feeding...

yes, +43 is a HORRIBLE offset, you will need spacers no doubt

the stickies on the top of this section are more than enough for you to determine if you need spacers.
