Does these wheels look like +38mm offset?

Does these wheels look like +38mm offset?

Hey guys, I saw this picture on Performancemag.com and they said the rear rim is 17x9 +38mm offset. To me it doesnt look like a 38mm offset but what do i know. Can you guys tell me if the wheel is really a +38mm because i like how that offset looks on that 240 and i am thinking about buying the same size wheel. thanks.

Ask Alex is his car and yes that is a +38. Its FNO1R not FNO1R-C. So expensive. But lighter weight.

Will the FNO1R-C have the same lip as the rear with the same offset?

FNO1R-C does not have that offset in a 17x9. No it will not have a lip. No there is not a spacer. High offest wheels with large width sit flush with S13 stock fenders.

yes and fender rolling is a must and its really not hard to do on your own or cheap too have someone do it nd you can be supper pimp flushness

Catharsis who's car is that. Wasnt that person selling there wheels? I rock the proper offset. 17 x 9j +14 all the way around.
