Does these wheels look like +38mm offset?

Hey guys, I saw this picture on Performancemag.com and they said the rear rim is 17x9 +38mm offset. To me it doesnt look like a 38mm offset but what do i know. Can you guys tell me if the wheel is really a +38mm because i like how that offset looks on that 240 and i am thinking about buying the same size wheel. thanks.

Ask Alex is his car and yes that is a +38. Its FNO1R not FNO1R-C. So expensive. But lighter weight.

Will the FNO1R-C have the same lip as the rear with the same offset?

FNO1R-C does not have that offset in a 17x9. No it will not have a lip. No there is not a spacer. High offest wheels with large width sit flush with S13 stock fenders.
