are those ebay coilovers really that bad. Im only 16 and cant afford real coilovers right now and i dont want the eibachs becasue there like $200 and only lower your car 1.5 inches. I dont need real performance yet I just want my car lowered. The ebay coilovers can adjust from 0-4 inches and there only $25.

 

There was really no need to start another thread when you have the other thread. Ebay coilover sleeves are junk. I am not saying this to be a dick or anything, they are $25, that alone should tell you something. Just take some time and save your money till you have enough to get something with good quality.

you can't reliably lower a car more than an inch for under $500

oh ok, you got the white coupe then? Well believe me, just work over the summer and save up enough for some decent coilovers (like $800) and then buy them, its better to do it right the first time and u will be much happier.

 

theres like 5 kinds of coilovers for under $800. if you just want to lower your car just cuz it looks cool, cut your springs, cheaper and better than ebay coilovers.

 

you'll just be wasting your money buying that. just save your money and get real coilovers. if not then springs at first and then when you get more money get coilovers.
i would rather have it stock height the rock those ebay coilovers, it's a waste of money.

 

Hey man I'm 16 too.... But I was thinking of MR's or Tein's (MR is looking more realistic right now...) So you guys aren't hating on Megan Racing now?

 

If you can afford it get tein, megan is okay if you dont have a lot of cash but, tein is better made.

 

quick question, whats the deal with a rumor or something i heard about tein is producing or is going to be producing from taiwan or some smaller country like that?
