On further inspection... trouble?

Hey guys, I need some help/advice. Today is the first sunny day that I've had off and I was taking a closer look at my new 240. I was looking at the front passenger side, and I noticed a lot of grease and gunk compared to every other corner of the car. I'm not sure if this is normal, and the engine just wasn't cleaned as well on this side, or if this may be a problem that I need to address. I'm attaching a couple pictures so you can see what I'm talking about.

looks normal. probably just oil from taking out the oil filter.

THe KA is know to leak a bit of oil, doesnt lok bad or abnormal at all

check this out, your seal on your tension rod is cracked. I don't think that is where the oil is comming from, but you should have some grease on the loop end of your tension rod, which should not be there. Here are some aftermarket replacement part off of ebay, I have these on my cars and I love them...
