Getting First toys, broke up w/ GF

Ok, so I just ended it with my girlfriend that I have been with for over 2 years, sucks but fighting everday is not my idea of a relationship. So good news is I now have LOTS of free time and best of all SOME extra money. Time for some toys.

So first off Im gonna get a good set of coilovers and exhaust of course. I have a clean 93 240sx SE red with black leather. Im thinking megan coilovers for thier cost/quality ration. I want to stick close to a grand for coilovers and also stick wit hmegans exhaust since unless theres somthing lese to look at in that price range. Any suggestions would be great.

Also I will be doing this myself and have had experience putting new struts and springs in cars with spring clamps etc. So I'm hopeing this might be a little easier. If theres any online guides for a model year 240 like mine though could somone point it out.
Also if there anyhting I need to be replacing while im down there, maybe some rucas and SS brake lines?

Any suggestions would be great! gotta keep busy being single, forgot all about the free time haha.

I say get the coils, scrap the exhaust idea if your just running a stock KA and get some sways. I'd also get some RUCAS, toe rods, and possibly new bushings for some parts.

yeah I was thinking abotu scrapping the exhaust but I love the sound, and corny as that sounds. Ill have to take a look at the suspension and see what condition it is in I guess. Im planning to add FI next january so the exhaust would just be a step closer to that. I know I would loose some low end though.

the more you replace the better, id skip the brake lines until you upgrade your brakes. Tie rods and tie rod ends are always good, upgraded sway bars, strut bars, subframe spacers, and a good diff.

well I figure with the coil's Ill have the ability to adapt to diffrent types of driving right now just street use, then maybe some auto-x and drift days. Aslong as the power is there, and it will be 2007 I thought I could just adjust the coilovers to suit the needs at the time.

My gf and i argue alot about, my time being focused on cars and what not. Meh.

Megan exhaust is bang for the buck. I had it on my old S13 when it was KA. All i can say is that DAMN was it loud.

As far as coilovers dont buy megan. Buy Tein.

I dont know where you live but if you are in the rust belt like me up here in ohio, then ndont go tein if you drive in the winter... they are notorious for freezing up in only one winter... then when you try to loosen them *SNAP* goes your spanner wrench.... or worse!

I'm personally not a huge fan of the Nismo's due to them being non-adjustable.
