good car???

im about to buy another 240 right now... it has a silvia conversion on it... i noticed the radiator support has been rewelded in some areas.. to me it seems like its been replaced.... im not sure tho... i was wondering if this would affect anything if it was replaced... the alignment was off when i was driving it but he said that he'll get it aligned before he sells it to me..should i get this car, if its been replaced?
