HOW-TO: Change your steering tie-rod boots

Hey people... instead of posting the text here, I'm linking you to my "Garage Guide" site. I just finished writing up a how-to on replacing worn tie-rod boots (which my friend Eddie and I managed to do 2 cars in about an hour). It's relatively easy to do - here's the link:

http://www.project-raine.net/garageguides/

Also, the "10 basic..." garage guides I wrote in the past are also on my site, with the addition of pictures.

Hope you find these things useful

Great write up. This is what i used to pull the ball joint. Heard people say that the fork type can damage the ball joint.

Where did you buy your bust boot from? I called a dealership and ask them. They said that i can not buy it seperatly.

Try http://www.nissan-auto-parts-dealer.com/ they sell individual... going to dealers in person are crap for most replacement parts; you can find the same parts or updated parts (like my flasher relay) much cheaper
