Ideas on offset with wide fenders?

s14, 20mm over fenders in the front and 50mm rear. I'd go out there and measure, but the fenders are not installed yet, so input would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the setup that I'm thinking about running:

Front:
17x9 +15, 245/40/17

Rear:
17x10 +12, 315/40/17

and yes, I realize that overfenders are not needed in the front for running that size, but at some point I will be running much wider tires for track purposes.

flushness, that won't be.

Look into the negatives, x10 and up.

-10? Damn! I've never seen any production rims that have anything close to that off set. So it looks like I'll be getting some 20mm spacers.

By the way, you were right about 285 being weak on a 10" rim...didn't realize some 315's would fit

I was gonna go with 5Zigen Fn01RCs...cheap and light. But if you know of something better let me know.

The owner of origin and I where talking when I ordered my rims and he said a 17x10 -15 would be a good size for 50mm and -5 would be ok for a 30mm.

These rims are just for the street ...once I get some more money saved up I'll be getting a set of CCWs or maybe Jline wheels.

As far as spacers go, does it matter a whole lot what kind/brand I go with?

HR spacers are the best.

Kics are up there too..

get the lowest offset FN01..and add at least 20mm in the back..

maybe 10mm in the front.

I thought about doing that...but It won't do me too much good if I'm running 315 in the back and 245 in the front.

I'm going to order those wheels/tires with the lowest offset then measure to see how much of a gap there is between the fender and edge of the tire, then I can just get spacers so everything fits perfect.

Thanks for all the help guys

you can go out and measure since you already know how far the overfenders go

I'd say 17x10, 17x12 go take out a loan

Nope, no children...thank God. Those little bastards cost a lot of money. However, I might get a fair amount if I sold a kidney or something.

The tentative plan is to run the Fn01s with street tires and get another wider set to run slicks/race tires on. I’ll see how the wide fenders turn out because I’ve got this crazy idea to run some 345s back there.
