intrax

ok i searched and read all 17 threads that i found, however i have yet to see any actual opinions for intrax, some people recomend them but does anyone have any opinions specifically for the intrax? do they have crappy spring rate or decent? i think i am probly going to try to get these mostly because i would like the car as low as possible without the price of coilovers, but i would still like some good decent performance oriented spring rates and these seem to be the best for my lowering needs, but im not sure about quality yet, so someone please shed some light for me, thanks in advance.

they suck compared to coilovers, but if you are looking for springs, I had intrax on my grand am, and they rode decent and had a good drop, but they were a bit light on the spring rate side. I like my S.Tech's, but I wish they had a little higher spring rate.

i like your thinking Catharsis, but unfortunately i have been unsucessful finding coilovers for under $800. if they do make coilovers for cheaper that are not bad in quality then i would definitely consider it. just show me the way i could probly swing 300-400 but definitely not 800 thanks.
edit: and thanks for the input revolutionz.

You'll be a lot happier with coilovers. It will be worth forkin over an extra $300-$400.
